My boss is in now (I went to the library to look out the window opposite his office. Skulking-R-US. I emailed him to say that I wanted to have a talk with him - when would be convenient. He answered "tomorrow AM". So there we have it.
I also ran into a friend of my mother's earlier, who has taken an interest in my career. I'm going to drop by his office tomorrow afternoon to chat about some possibilities.
