My raise, which is $40 biweekly gross, give me $8.40 more on my take home.
Weird. I net $23.00. I get about $.80 more an hour.
'Unleashed'
[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Nah, folks have been mostly ignoring my taunts, too. Woo! 1/2 hour! Woo!
Don't you guys watch and post!?! I just finished the torrent and am longing to hear other's reactions!
; )
In retrospect, I should have seen it coming earlier than I did. As it was, I figured things out about the time Buffy decided they needed to go back in.
No wonder all the speechifying, it was to set up this little event.
Now isn't she going to feel silly when Spike comes back with the answer to their troubles.
I liked it. The scene with Clem in the teaser was great.
I really, really felt for Buffy in a way that I rarely do.
Also, SMG had a hella cold for some of those scenes, I think.
Also, Andrew riding on the back of Spike's motocycle just about killed me!
My first viewing impression:
Clem!
Both ED and SMG seem to have had voice troubles. (or shall I say Faith/Buffy for the porn factor)
Kind of so-so on the episode. A 100% victory for Faith in any election seems tough for me to buy. Yes, I know they removed Spike and Andrew from the mix but I still don't buy it. It just seems like it had to be written that Buffy is off alone for what happens next.
We'll see how I feel on re-watch. I will surely pick up things on the watch tomorrow with captioning for the lines I missed.
Hang on - Anya's little speech (which I enjoyed, generally) had two things that bugged me. So, the Turok Han can be staked? Through the heart? But it's like punching through steel? And none of the Potentials have superstrength? But Buffy does, and she staked it and it didn't fucking die. And, Holy Water runs off it? Umm, didn't Buffy manage to slow it down with Holy Water before the stupid fucking Thunderdome fight? Isn't this directly contradicting what we've seen?
Y'know, somehow I think that if Buffy had just managed to hug Xander, he'd have been with her... And was I the only one who thought that somehow Buffy was the FE during that speech? Or that the others should have thought that? I was waiting for someone to touch her to make sure.
All in all? Ehhh... And there's just no room for ehhh these days.
Angel, now... Ehhh, but I sure do love Wes.
Yeah, I'm feeling very eh, about both these episodes too. But I think I'm just tired.
