Kennedy had a good line. After Rona (?) was talking about the stake being the best weapon and said "there nothing like holding a piece of wood", Kennedy said "you lost me there."
That was a nice touch.
[NAFDA] We used to get Buffy the day before everyone else, now we get Angel a week after everyone else. And Firefly every Monday!

Andrew is not a mushroom. Andrew is tofu.
That is all.
Edited to add: Welcome, Mecha!
Watched. Am here.
I liked it, because it made me feel tense. Plus they copped to confusion in The Gift. Metatext like that pisses some off, but I'm good with it.
Yah, yah, I knew Dawn was going to run off. She's always been that kind of dumb. I knew she wasn't going to die. But it wasn't until terribly close to the reveal that I realized that the chick wasn't evil of any sort.
Logistically, all sorts of issues. Locked doors unlocking, vamp waiting at the school for what? Roll call?
Buffy's lecturing -- I don't like it, but I feel it appropriate. The B/S tension? I'm with those that like the SiTs picking up on it.
And I have gone on record with hating SMG's okay. But let me repeat. Bugfuck, it drives me.
Andrew is not a mushroom. Andrew is tofu.
RahRah, I had that same thought.
How was the rest of the CBC radio show? How long was it? Hope I can find time to listen to it this weekend.
Also, as one of 10 people that actually likes Buffy, I have to say I'm not too enamored with the way she's being written this season.
Candy, it was an hour long, and it was pretty good. A general overview of the show, it's signifcance and it hit all the highlights of the past seasons.
Thanks Sue.
I liked Andrew a lot this episode -- I really got the impression that Willow and Xander were just aching to let go and totally geek out with him.
I liked the episode, but a lot of it was relief that Dawn wasn't one of the pre-Slayers. I liked the scene with Xander a lot, and I've really been enjoying Andrew. I liked how his "womanhood" speech both freaked Xander out and demonstrated his tofu-ness. And I'll be pleased to see more of what's-her-name (Amanda?). She's great. "I'm really tired of everybody having such low self-esteem."
The final job fair that we are planning has just increased in size from about 250 students to 450. Kill. Me. Now.
