Well, you guys already tried to sell me on some interesting spoilers for "Objects in Space" (the last "Firefly" episode), starting in Polter-Cow "The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress" Aug 1, 2004 8:21:10 am PDT, so I'll believe you after watching.

I got the S7 DVDs at Target on Saturday, but I'm a little afraid to watch them. I tried "Storyteller," and the stuff I remembered as funny was still funny, but I didn't so much like some of the rest of it -- and that was one of my three favorite episodes from that season. I don't want the last Buffy I see to be episodes I hated the first time around, that all blur into one long slog of Potentials and annoying!preachy!general!Buffy in my mind. I may need to pair them up with my favorite episodes from the first six seasons as palate-cleansers.
Seriously, are they better on a rewatch? I wouldn't have even bought the set if it hadn't been so cheap.
They are! In fact, because it goes more quickly it doesn't seem like this eternity of a house clogged with potentials and Buffy lecturing them.
The airing schedule did the season a dis-service, I think.

I absolutely loathed that episode. Then it had lots of fans and I realized it was written by Jane Espenson, so I feel like maybe I could give it another chance.

Aw, you can have Objects in Space. I most want to see Nilly's face when she meets Tim. And vice versa. Must pick up several disposable cameras. -------------------------

marty, I had my camera with me, but couldn't manage to, you know, actually use it and take pictures. My excuse is around 40 hours straight of no real sleep. But it's still not a good enough one. Lame, I am.
My friend T still hasn't forgiven me for not taking pictures at that dinner. She probably never will.
