It's from the commentary on one of the deleted scenes from the DVD set. I think it's Judd saying something like "Let's just sit back and enjoy the comic stylings of Martin Starr." It was either Bill licking the beer tap, or trying to make the chair squeak/fart with multiple takes.

Only drinking game I know is for "El-Hazard" and it's pretty brutal.

Hmm, Buffy drinking game. Some ideas to get started:

Drink when...

A vamp gets dusted
Buffy does something "super" (Jumps really high, flips, etc)
Giles cleans his glasses
Giles consults his books
Giles gets knocked unconcious
Computers perform a magical function (in other words, anything they can't actually do.)
Xander makes an inappropriate joke
Oz speaks
Angel lurks
Angel broods

The original game was drink every time you see Buffy's bra strap. Only works for S1&2, cos she found out about it and switched bras.
