The one that drives me mad is Home.
The incestuous cannibals one? The one that won the Halloween FX marathon that one time? It didn't do much for me.
Everybody loves Morgan and Wong... or should, I'd say
Totally. And Final Destination was actually pretty cool.
But look at CC's list of episodes, I liked most of them a lot.
Hey, he wrote "Syzygy." I love that one.
It didn't do much for me.
No, I mean the name. I can never keep track of what it's called.
It also grossed me out, but that's not what I meant.
Nah, CC was "truth? what truth? you're expecting a truth just because I said it was out there? huh."
I can't get past that. Vampires that can be choked or went looking for souls or too many potentials can never trump that.
I should start renting them, I guess, I keep forgetting I can do that.
I don't exactly forget, but I'm never in a "wanting to see the X-Files" mood and a "renting TV on DVD" mood at the same time.
Plus, I never really understood or liked the mythology arc, so there are a tremendous number of episodes I have no desire to ever see again. Agree that Je Souhaite was pretty good for a genie story, and my favorite episode of the series was Jose Chung's.
It was Home, ita, but I get the confusion (plus - ME bleedover, though both of those came later). The Johnny Mathis murder scene was hella disturbing.
I think CC did some good individual episodes. However, I think he really screwed up when decided to act like there was a reason behind it all when there really wasn't and he just kept throwing twists in to keep everyone guessing. I think I finally figured this out around season 6 but I kept with it to the bitter end for reasons I don't quite understand. There was some good stand alone episodes in the last 3 seasons, but the arcs were absolute drek.
I was never an XFiles fan. People were raving about it, but when I finally got around to seeing it, it was the "gross" season, so I wasn't really interested. I saw a few great eps, though, like the one about the guy who knew how everyone was going to die, or my favorite, the one with the crazy suburban homeowner's association (crazy and homeowner's association being a bit redundant)

"Arcadia." Yet another one we watched at the party. And it had Tom Virtue from Even Stevens (and "Ariel")!

So, season 1, then?
Seriously, though, wasn't Toombs a season 1 episode? They brought the ick pretty early by my recollection.
Yeah, but that was the good ick. Not the butt genie ick.
