Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

It looks like most of the costumes they're selling are either (relatively) inexpensive off-the-rack stuff or things that were special-made for the show.

Anya's pajamas were off the rack, as was the wedding dress. The veil was handmade. The bridesmaid dresses were handmade.

Our wings are not tired.

People have been known to purchase region-free DVD players for Buffy's sake alone...

raises hand

I would probably have considered blowing some ridiculous sum on Buffy stuff if the proceeds were for charity. There is no way I will fund FOX.

"Don't think of yourself as an organic pain collector racing towards oblivion." Dogbert to Dilbert

The item I would like (if, you know, I had actual money to blow on such stuff) would be the map of Sunnydale circa 1847. The current bid on it is $1,026.01. It shows that yes, Sunnydale is on the coast!

The coast of the desert?

"God...my brilliance is now becoming a bit of a burden...get back to me." Dr. Cox - Scrubs

Man that is some outlandish sums of money people are spending on stuff. I mean like you guys said...$8000.00 for a ring that you can buy a perfectly good copy of for $10. Do these people not feel the need to eat? Or have families? Hopefully these are people that won the lottery and felt the need to blow wads of cash at a time. I think then and only then would I bid on any of these things. Unless I knew that the money was going to the writers and Joss towards starting an entirely ME network on Cable funded by the fans. Which if any fan base could get up and running I think it would be us.

Is it strange that I felt more inclined to bid on the $1,999 set of all 45 Buffy action figures ever made over any of the 'Official' set memorabilia?

There's a well put together survey here on favorite seasons.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. I figured S2 and 3 would be front runners, but geez.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Man, I expected to have my choice (1) outweighed by seasons 2 and 3, but season 5?

Ann, that's a ferret.

And S6 is sixth? Barely ahead of S7? Yes, S6 had some weak eps in the middle, but bang-up beginning and end.
