Overwhelming? How much more than whelming would that be exactly?

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

But now I'm wondering, how did Spike get to the school? Was he on the bus, covered in blankets (or tucked in someone's backpack - he's quite compact, you know.) Or did he do the sewer tunnel thing and just popped up in the hallway? I can't really remember.

From what I could see, he just had his coat over his head. Don't know if you can see him in the outside shot, but inside you see him uncover his head.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Hey Victor, your Buffy article from OC Weekly was linked to on the TVTattle blog.

Thanks for the heads-up. Is it vain to be fascinated where these stories turn up? The Buffy stuff, particularly, has a habit of spreading across the Internet. Very fascinating, in a self-involved sort of way.

A person's concepts should exceed their vocabulary, or what's a metaphor?

The actress of HatGirl!Vi is Felicia Day, because someone asked upthread.

Look for her (or not) in 'Bring It On Again' (supposedly a 'Revenge Of The Nerds'/'Meatballs' sort of plotline except with cheerleading) later this year as the character Penelope. I suppose they couldn't get ED and decided that one slayer was as good as another these days.

Can't say I'm likely to see this film, but I did enjoy to no end the change from mousey to strong when her powers came in. We know that she can at least portray those who character types quite well enough.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

They're making a sequel to Bring it On ?

I am so sad. How can they violate the legacy of that great, great film by making a sequel, without the original actors.

::sigh::

Is nothing sacred?

Signed, Awsome! Oh, wow! Like, totally freak me out! I mean right on... Buffistas sure are #1

Up with the sun

On iMDb, it doesn't look like Bring it on Again has anything to do with Bring it On beyond the title.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hmm... strange that they would/could name another cheerleading movie that without it being connected somehow.

edit

so, different director, writer, characters, setting, plot. but check the taglines.

Bring It On: May the Best Moves Win.
Bring It On Again: May the Best Moves Win Again.

Interesting...

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

So, Cindy, is that you getting quoted in the final TWOP Buffy recap? About giving women the vote in 1920 and so on?

Up with the sun

Smonster, if you go to the full credits page, it looks like they do share a producer.

It's weird.
