Others may choose to see themselves as inside or outside a power center. I do not. My voice counts here as much as anyone elses. If my dear friend Shawn wants to come back and debate with me, she will (I won't be home tonight so it'll have to wait until tomorrow). If she insults me, gets offensive, or breaks any other rules, I WILL ask her to be warned, and she knows that I will.
Since being mean or snotty or just not nice is not something that I think is warnable. I, as a free-thinking in control of my happiness here and anywhere else person, will ignore any posts that take that tone with me. They have nothing to do with me.

When do you get to the position on the board (or in the words of others - have enough social capital) to be able to do that? As a fairly new poster, it is a very hard thing to figure out.
