We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Some of us (Suela, I'm looking at YOU) have different identities in different places

t stares back at Betsy

My LJ username looks a lot more like my B.org name than yours does, missy.

hip deep in pie

I didn't even know Betsy had an LJ...

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

What Michele said. Use LJ for LJ posts. Set up something here to opt in to posts here.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am so confused.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Me too.

I think erinaceous is going to craft a proposal when she's ready about individual or group approval, and that the whole LJ thing isn't connected to us, just the project.

I think.

Okay. It's the LJ thing that confuses me.

A fellow makes himself conspicuous when he throws soft-boiled eggs at the electric fan.

Jon and ita have it right. Buffistas is one thing, LJ another. Here we're just voting on whether to let the corpus project have our archived posts. On LJ, if you have an LJ, you can friend the corpus LJ and then they can read your posts. But that part hasn't been set up yet.

Still hoping to post a formal proposal today. Wish me luck that the giant work alligators don't get me. First day back in the office after eight working days away ... I have already answered email from three continents. Arrgh.

Has any thought been given to closing the Good Riddance thread and replacing it with an Election thread? There's going to be a lot of election talk this year and I don't know if it should be in Natter or if it deserves its own thread. I should point out that don't care either way.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think all the Secret Santa gifts have been received, so the thread still has a purpose.

The last riddance thread stayed open until February the second.
