Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I don't know if we can suspend users from the PF threads, can we?

I don't think so, unless the folder owner (ita) has powers to do it.

As I said above, I don't have a problem with her frolicking in that particular folder. Now, if she tried the same thing at WX...

Okay, I read some of the posts in her new threads. She's responding to posts in UnAmericans, and she doesn't seem to be very happy with Julie, or the rest of us, for that matter.

I still don't advocate any action, because that way lies becoming like unto vw's bitch troll ex-friends.

Which reminds me -- is VW around? I haven't seen her in a while.

Thanks for doing the dirty work, DX. I'll now be able to keep my blood pressure lower while reading the Buffy posts from last night.

And I am so glad this is OVER. (I hope, for now, fingers crossed, etc.)

Ack, X-post. Maybe someone shoud email Lance about sporking her?

Then again, if what she wants is attention, maybe a studious IGNORE would be best. Don't respond in PF, don't email her, just wait for her to get bored and shut up.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

She can have the PF folder, but t petty can we take the Buffista name off it first? t /petty

This:

At least I've worked out who Julie is. She is the skin eating monster who tears strips off of people she believes to be weaker than herself...didn't it get slayed by Buffy?

really isn't the sort of thing I want associated with the word Buffista.

Cindy, I didn't go to her site. You're right, I have a much bigger problem with what she put up there than what what she put up at PF. However, I don't know what we can do about what she puts up on her own site.

Lyra, vw is taking a break because she got tired of her ex-friends trolling around bitching about what she was posting here.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

More thanks to DX, and chiming in to say that I think that a note to Lance is more than warranted -- I didn't go to PF to read her new posts (and I have her blocked over there anyway), but from what Cindy's quoting, the naming names stuff is seriously ugly.

(and, on a separate note -- Lyra, the last I heard is that VW is lurking when possible, but taking a posting break due to general too-muchness. She's doing well, though, and I'm pretty sure the Somervillains are seeing her regularly.)

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Cindy, if it makes you feel any better, she can't spell the names she's ranting after! Le sigh. Not 100% surprised at the not-on-Buffistas ugliness, but certainly displeased. Don't know what should be done about it, or what could be.

I must say, it all resolved itself rather quickly here, didn't it? She was serial posting and being a low-level irritant when I went home from work, and by Buffy-time had been suspended. I'm sort of backhandedly pleased that she was being actively rude and refused to quit; it removes some of the potential ambiguity (and a lot of Buffista argument, I'm seeing?) from the situation.

I'm sorry it had to come to this, and my sympathies with DX for being the one who had to do it, but I'm satisfied, I think, that this was the right thing to do.
