Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Jon-- I really did mean that, too. It is all in one big lump in my haed as stuff tech people do. It was actually added because someone (ita I think) was afraid we'd also have to go through and vote on all the stuff on the features still to be coded list.

I absolutely think that consolidated Previously and Buffy is maintainance. Clsong the Atlantic Canadians seems bigger to me, for example. Starting any new thread is what the impulse to vote orginally started from and I would feel uncomfortable starting one without it, even if it was sure to win , and to not generate any discussion except the name (as I think the Tim thread would)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Jon-- I really did mean that, too.

Sorry -- I got that. I didn't mean to sound like I was disagreeing.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Sorry -- I got that. I didn't mean to sound like I was disagreeing.

I didn't either. I just want a list.

I actually didn't list those things because I feel it is so self evident that no sane person would want to vote on, say reseting my password, but I can imagine a few people want to vote on moving to this CVS thing which I don't even understand, but which I think is silly to vote on.

Anyway-- now someone is going to come along and want to vote on my password.

So-- does someone want to propose the Tim thread? I am sick of proposing myself, but I think we should do it, as it will cut the vote or not to vote stuff, which is what I was hoping voting would take away.

I don't see what the rush is. Let's wait and see what shows are going to be in the fall first. Frankly, I think this can all wait until at least after the F2F.

Thrive to spite them

I know other people have said it but I'm going to throw my voice in---

Tim's show should have its own thread with no vote because he's TIM. It's his show, he's the showrunner/headwriter and he's a Buffista. He's come here during watch and posts and after shows, he's taunted, he's answered questions, he's said accepted both praise and criticism.

He's one of us, it seems only right that his show gets a thread.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I believe Allyson already proposed and it has at least two seconds.

on edit: No. Allyson said:

If I'm totally off base, please tell me so and I'll propose the thread dedicated to All Things Minear.

and Nutty said she'd write a multi-item proposal when she was available again (I believe on Tuesdayish).

There are still seconds, Am-Chau and Cindy, for a proposal that has not yet occurred. Several think it should just exist because it's Tim. FWIW, I second as well.

I'm wondering, and I'm not trying to be a PITA, but, would we vote on the creation of a new ME show thread?

edited to fix idiocy and to add my opinion not just a recap.

Thanks for all the fish.

So, if Firefly were coming out this Fall instead of last would it require a vote to get a thread? Interesting. It would seem like a no-brainer that it would get a thread, but I think that we would need to have a vote in order to follow our own rules.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'm all for giving Tim a thread. Happy to vote for it, feel like it's the right thing. Don't know why anybody would consider it insulting for us to use our regular procedures.
