We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!
Voting should have started last night but... I forgot. I'll get the ballot set up later today. In the meantime, feel free to continue the discussion.

Also, we need final wording from Scola. Unless I hear otherwise, I'll keep it simple and say, "Proposed: That we open a Television Animation thread".
Man, it's like we don't even know how to have a good Lighbulbs kerfuffle anymore.
Should we open a thread to discuss Television Animation and similar media, such as Web animation?

That seems vague and open-ended to me. For example, does "similar media" include film?
How about just TV and Online Animation?
I mean, this whole site is totally unprepared for The Future. Cable Drama is probably the right place to discuss OITNB, but it's still confusing.
I'd like to include online animation because I'm following things like Bravest Warriors and Bee and Puppycat which have links to Cartoon Network but are only online now.
"TV and Online Animation" is much more clear. Thanks.
