Voting Discussion: We're Screwing In Light Bulbs AIFG!

We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

No, wait--
Hey, I'm a redhead. Not naturally *this* *exact* red, but I was bored.

Thanks for saying something, because I had no idea how to vote on this one.
I just ... really changed my mind over the course of this conversation and wanted to be clear about what I was thinking now. I really want this thread and it feels like the right thing too.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Here's what I'm adding to the ballot, re: our rules. Comments are welcome.

Please note the following Buffista Bylaws of Balloting. They may affect the way you vote:

  • If a ballot receives at least 42 total votes of Yes, No or No Preference, then the resultant decision must stand and cannot be brought up again to another vote for at least six months. If a ballot does not receive at least this 42 vote quorum, then the proposal fails.
  • In order to pass, a ballot must receive over 50% of the sum of Yes and No votes. No preference votes do not count towards this sum. For example, if the final results of a ballot were Yes:7, No:6, No Preference: 30, then the proposal would pass. If the final results were Yes:30, No:2, No Preference:9, the proposal would fail.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I'm with the pretty lady with all the candles. I agree that it's time for a SPN thread.

The status is NOT quo.

I'm with the pretty lady with all the candles.

Me too! But then, I often am.

Me too! But then, I often am.

Lucky you!

And, yes, thanks for posting, Cass and others - helps to know where people have ended up in their thinking.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

::gropes Sam and Dean::

What? It's totally in keeping with the groping theme!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?
