I have nothing to add to the discussion other than expressing my guilt at not participating in a thread that I thought would be a great idea.
I love my IRL book club. We don't all finish our books by the appointed date, but lively rapid fire discussion always happens. I somehow wasn't able to make that happen here.

People who were reading the Holmes stuff... are there tentative plans to discuss one of those after the holidays? If so, perhaps the closing proposal should include a closing date that allows for this.
