Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Whether it be lite or not, I'm looking for a place to discuss spoilers for a given show without being spoiled for others.

This could be satisfied by separate spoiler threads for shows (not recommended) or the way the current spoiler thread is working.

However, nobody's going to duplicate the spoiler content from that thread into another, just with added WhiteOut. So I'm not hopeful of having a spoiler place at all.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

hmm. maybe another proposal needs to be made because this may not solve the problems we were originally discussing.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, any multiple show spoiler thread is going to have to have complicated rules to work, right?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I'd like to see what spoilers lite is. As someone who wants hard core spoilers about some shows and not others -- how lite is lite? Will it be lighter than the way the current spoiler thread is being run (whitefont)?

Didn't Spoilers Lite allow links to hardcore (plot point) spoilers? If not, I think that could be allowed in this new edition if folks wanted the option to go elsewhere to find dirty details. Still wouldn't accomodate ita's wish to discuss particular shows in detail while avoiding other spoilers.

As for the thread itself, I think there's a strong desire for Spoilers Lite, and I think it's clear there is a big distinction between people who want to discuss spoilers openly without worrying about whitefont, and those people who just want a leetle tiny bit of spoiling to whet their appetite.

And then there's me.

OMG, we made ita cry!

I think that links to hardcore spoilers were allowed.

ita,

which show do you want to discuss spoilers for? can you go to Natter and whitefont the particulars and discuss it with others?

Punishingly Intricate

And then there's me.

Me too! Me too! I would want to see spoilers for, say, Gilmore Girls or Joan of Arcadia but want to remain pure for Lost and The Amazing Race.

I'd be even leerier of discussing real spoilers in Natter than in a Spoiler Lite thread.

I want, for instance, so be an OC spoiler ho once the first ep has aired. I love being filthy spoiled for Charmed. I don't want to be spoiled for Lost. Wouldn't mind it for Desperate Housewives. Don't want it for Spooks or Jack & Bobby or 24. Haven't decided about Alias yet, but there's time.
