Voting Discussion: We're Screwing In Light Bulbs AIFG!

We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!

Our wings are not tired.

One of the reason why my suggestion for a thread called 'People who want to discuss the BCS come on over' was vetoed was thread proliferation.

Isn't that what the Lite thread was created for. I still don't get why everything is whitefonted there since I thought it was for casting discussion.

Nothing kills a mood quite like genital warts.

Well, except for herpes.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

For the current spoiler posting policy. Not all Buffistas adhere to that standard for their own level of spoiled-ness.

Yes, I chose to go by the standard (as opposed to spoiled) community policy.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Well, it's what the community chose.

Thanks for all the fish.

For the current spoiler posting policy. Not all Buffistas adhere to that standard for their own level of spoiled-ness.

It's the first that's in debate, right? No one is saying that people can't determine their own levels of spoiledness. Except that if more than just the BCS gets discussed in the NAFDA threads, the only way I can adhere to my standard for my own level of spoiledness is to stay out of NAFDA.

And I have no problem doing that, except that I would miss the discussion and miss all of you. Except that then I could sit back and shake my cane at you all, telling you to get your spoilers the hell offa my lawn, and turn down that music!

That's what I thought too.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I think that's very important, and that's why I did stuff like as Plei if she'd be willing to vet info.

And I said "a-yup", with the amendment that it should be worded as such that if I were hit by a bus/suddenly gone Amish/etc, there would still be peeps to ask.

I dig that. Steph asked why previews were ok with me. I responded that I'd come to accept that level of knowledge in order to engage with the community. I may not accept further spoilage as knowing what is going to happen on a show ruins the point of watching it for me.

Good point. What is Lite for? I hate Lite. It's so wishy washy. Can we call it Spoilers, with 25% Less Fat, or something?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Okay, really, the policy is not about how spoiled a Buffista is allowed to get. And you're making it sound like it is.
