I see 3 months as a more logical division of the year than 4, and so would put it on the ballot. I would still vote for the highest number, though, personally.

Yeah - but I think the people who support six should defer to the people who want a lower alternative on what the alternative should be. Four months has a better chance of beating six than three months. And I do think six is too long.

You know what's weird? Is that, as Jess (I think) pointed out, 6 months ago was the site's birth, and that feels like foreverago, but 3 months ago was when mieskie was suspended, and that feels like yesterday.

Or some combination, where three for everything BUT new threads, and six for new threads.

Er, thread uncreation (When is it time to end a thread?), thread reorganization (Should X and Y be combined into one thread?) both come to mind, official banning procedures (if we decide to codify them). So I can think of a few other things.
