I think we did it on the last ballot that I did with a general note that it would be a good idea for those people who couldn't wade through the whole discussion.
I had added it to my "short version of how to do a vote". So, I think it was more a case of forgetting to do it in the last vote than it being a new thing in this one.
Oh-- and no one objected to it when I posted the 'How to Vote" in Bureau. It just isn't up because we wanted to wait until Nutty and Helpers ended up with a long version.
Can we make it optional? I mean, sometimes it'll be needed, but not every single time, right? And we just decided it would be nice, right -- it wasn't voted in or anything, right?
I think I left it as a suggestion. I do think it is needed for this one.
Jon just can't say No to Jesse.
Hee!
Really, I just want it clear that if no one can be bothered to come up with a statement of pros and cons, that the ballot can still move forward.
I've decided to go ahead with the vote, using my original proposal as written, so whenever you have the time, Jon, let me know.
I'll try to do it tonight, but if not, definitely by noon tomorrow.
Who's counting ballots? ita needs to point votes@... to the counter-person.
if no one else is willing, I will again. I have a system down now.
