We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Who wants to count votes?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Me!

Profile address OK?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Nilly had volunteered to count the votes upthread a bit.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Love it, Jess!

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

The more I look at "brought together" the more I think about newbies. By which I mean people who have only been here 15 years.

Yeah, I joined in 2004. ONLY 14 YEARS. Noob. Or wait. 2003? I have to check Allyson's book. (My first night on the board is immortalized in the book, so I feel I should get some credit for that, at least.)

Oh! If we want to maintain tradition, Nilly can do it. (NILLY!!)

Otherwise, my profile address is fine.

I probably won't get the vote page up until late this evening. If Nilly doesn't chime in by then, I'll send the votes to you, Jesse.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Late chiming in, but ftr I agree and I like the final revision of the wording.

I'm pretty sure I joined in 2003. No, I joined earlier and lurked, and finally started to interact with the scary smart peoples in 2003.

edit for better accuracy

Our wings are not tired.

It me. I joined in 2005! 13 years later I still feel like a Newbie. I supposed that's because I'd already been posting on various boards and chat rooms for over 13 years when I finally joined up with y'all.
