Graduation Day! Wow!
Dana, I'm relieved you made it home.
There are so many scam solar companies in NY that I get skittish every time I think about having them installed, but there are others in our neighborhood so I think the sun exposure is probably ok if I ever do the research to actually reach out to someone for a quote.
Also...It's Dana's Birthday!
She deserves less bullshit and more treats on her birthday!

Awwww, I drove to Matilda's school to pick up her ceramics projects, and had a troika of brief, sweet encounters.
I got to talk her ceramics teacher, Ms. Stuart as she helped bring Matilda's work out. Got a hug from her and thanked her.
Then Coach Johnson (Matilda's baseball coach) came out, called my name and waved to me. He had come to the Memorial.
And then just as I was about to get into the car, I heard a voice yelling "Matilda's Dad! Matilda's Dad!" and it was Malia - one of the girls we took in when they were homeless - at the top of the steps waving to me. And she said, "I just wanted to thank you! You saved us!"

Thank you! One of my meetings did get cancelled, and then a meeting got added. Que sera sera. I'm just happy to be home where all of my stuff is.
