I'm trying figure out how to pay her tuition directly out of her 529 account.

You would think that would be super easy since that is what those things are for, but it would not surprise me to learn that it is not

Bummer about the balconies, but I'm sure you'll come up with something good to replace them eventually

I did find it eventually, and they did answer my question by email.

But it was on their online brochure not through their main website or in their payment information forms.

Poor design! But I think they use an outside vendor to process the payments.

People don't read. I have been a tech writer for 25+ years, and I know that. People don't read.
