Cass yeah I'm thinking this whole thing is part of perimeno I've already dealing with the ragey ragey aspect, the near complete death of my sex drive, my hair has been falling out like crazy (I went from having fine but thick hair to having fine hair and oh look! I think a bald spot is forming!), and my sleep is even worse than usual. Plus random aches and pains. I'm pretty sure for me it started around 2013. Nothing major but just my cycle changing ..

Worked through my taxes and I owe this year, boo. So, going to wait until later to actually file.

I have not done my taxes yet. Should probably get on that.

I have the ragey rage, sex drive drove off in the hills yonder for a while and all the rest are exactly what I've experienced. The ragey rage is the worst for me. Hot flashes, I bought foundation to cover it and lightweight long shirts so it's not so obvious because the flushing on my face was embarrassing (to me) and maybe for others when they asked if I was okay and I word vomited about perimenopause.

They swear this is a 2-8 year experience but you and I are both overachievers, it seems.

House plumbing issue resolved for today but more to sort later. Thank heavens that when your usage changes dramatically, my water district sends a guy out to help you find it pretty quick. Galvanized pipe laid in 1960 was slightly more crumbly than you'd like in a pipe situation.

Slow Friday so far. There is not enough internet activity to help me delay finishing my taxes. I am going to start over with another vendor because the 2 I tried already don't make sense. Also, I am seriously annoyed that my Social Security is taxable income. Married filing jointly with more than $44,000 income means my SS is 85% taxable. Not cool.

It'll be a slow Friday for me, too. I was all 50+ job workshop all day, and then some paid bookkeeping all week, and I'm kind of exhausted.

Today I am going to pick up books I have on hold at the library--and hang there and start reading one--then a quick run through Aldi and back home. I do have a couple of onerous tasks when I get back, but they won't take too long.

Then I just want to read.

My telehealth appointment was scheduled at 1140. They asked for me to be signed in 15 mins early. It's now 1157 and I'm still waiting.
