Claiming it was because she had too much DEI

We got notification today that we have to remove every reference to DEI in our entire nursing curriculum. We would be reported if we leave it in, so I probably shouldn't say anything. I am on a DEI committee that is now disbanded. I was the fat activist.

I had read that one, Lisa, and, yeah, didn't need to be sent verbatim, and the snitch patrolling is just gross as fuck.

I am not personally affected, but one of my inner sanctum friends is high up at USTR, and the pick for US Trade Rep was well-respected in his role as Chief of Staff last Trump administration and treated *them* with respect, so that's some positive news. I mean, for my friend... what it means for trade policy, well...

Next: laundry in pile up to bedroom and put away

Dinner for everyone - good time to do those dishes

Move dog beds to dryer

Get items I need to mail, address and out with computer for tomorrow.

Man the problem with keeping lists like that is that with the size of modern organizations there are SO MANY people who deserve a good Facelessing.

I've read in a couple of places that the language of the DEI notices/emails sent out by government agencies were from a template given to them, and no one was allowed to alter or edit them.

Which doesn't excuse things AT ALL, but does sound like the agencies weren't given any leeway.

Someone at NASA posted it too - same text. Ghastly.
