Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Yes, holding you tightly in our hearts today, exactly what Kate said about this weekend. Twenty years is both a long time and a blink.

I will be there in mind and spirit this weekend.

Coding and Sleeping

All those bags of mulch I put out make the front of the house look classy. [link]

Awesome doctor thinks a GLP-1 med is a good idea, since the stress/long Covid weight is stubborn despite my exercise and diet. Just need to get insurance to cover it, which I'm guessing they will, since I also take meds for high blood pressure.

When we were talking about it, he said, "You know it's an injection, right? How do you feel about stabbing yourself?"
Me: "Honestly, my life has been lacking opportunities to stab anyone, but this seems like a good place to start."
Awesome doctor: "I knew you'd be cool."

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Very inviting front of the house, Gud!

David, your wedding remains a highlight of that era. I will be so glad to see your face.

(Also, I think I'm mostly packed. Mostly. Apologies for the lack of color in my wardrobe, but "Film Noir Widow" was apparently the aesthetic I decided on before the recommended dress code. I think JZ would have highly approved of the seleced vintage dress, though.)

Packing is making me dread packing for our UK trip in September. Dear lord.

Come stand by me; I'll be in pink! We'll be a little bit Wednesday and Enid.

A perfectly cromulent asethetic.
