Awesome doctor thinks a GLP-1 med is a good idea, since the stress/long Covid weight is stubborn despite my exercise and diet. Just need to get insurance to cover it, which I'm guessing they will, since I also take meds for high blood pressure.

When we were talking about it, he said, "You know it's an injection, right? How do you feel about stabbing yourself?"
Me: "Honestly, my life has been lacking opportunities to stab anyone, but this seems like a good place to start."
Awesome doctor: "I knew you'd be cool."

I joke that the biggest thing I got from my hot minute adjacent to the fandom (before Lockwood & Co. ate me alive) was the massive regothification of my wardrobe.

I’m expecting to get to the hotel at about 7. Probably going to be a late dinner somewhere close by. I’ll have to look at the map in walking distance if The Line as we will return the car after the excursions today.

I am so sorry that I can't be there with you all in SF this weekend. David, I hope the memorial is everything you want and need it to be. I wish I could give you some big hugs in person.

My SF wardrobe is about as colorful as it can be, given the amount of colorful clothing I own, which is Not A Lot. I think my colorful hair makes up for it.
