I had to be up stupid early for a meeting with some of our folks in the UK, and I can't even go back to bed afterward because I have ANOTHER early meeting. This is one of the downsides to being a manager.

Early meetings are terrible. I am supposed to start work and call in to a meeting in 3 minutes. I don’t wanna. I slept on my couch last night because I only have one A/C unit, in my living room.
I didn't run yesterday and barely got out of the house.
I felt a bit guilty about posting my lowest step count of the year, so I woke up at 7 and got out running before 8.
Very foggy morning for a run but I didn't mind that.
Sometimes it's good to roll over and go back to sleep.
But sometimes it feels better to get up and get out the door early.
