I don’t think I’ve had Humboldt Fog, but I seem to recall a cheesemonger video about it. She liked it a lot.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I have become a convert to using AI to write self-assessments. Braindump all the things you can remember that you did, make the stupid robot help write it.
Ooh I was done at 52! Go, being average! Choose being average!
Hooray team average! I just wish the migraines had stopped, too. They're not as bad (less likely to take me out for 3 days at a time), but still happening.
Fortunately, Pilates does a ton of this shit and has a lot of focus on grounded foot strength. Which is something I never thought about before I started Pilates. But the tendon that connects your big toe is different than the muscles on the outside of your foot and the ball of your foot, arch and heel all need specific integrated work.
I do wish I had time and $$ to get individual work on this. When I was 25 I damaged my dominant foot (first 2 toes shattered and lost half the middle toe). I get around well and have decent balance, but in recent years the tendon that goes from the arch around the inside of the ankle and up the calf has been a problem and it's likely because of the way I compensate for the lack of flex in the first 2 toes.
Humboldt Fog is me and Bob’s Cheese (as in, that’s our song but for cheese)!
Thanks to my suggestibility and this board, I had Humboldt Fog on a charcuterie board tonight.
I think we've cracked the whole cheese/mind control axis.

My Pilates teacher would love to work with you. She loves that shit.
(She had debilitating hypermobility that left her housebound for a couple years and was able to fix herself with Pilates so she's all about figuring out how to create support for past physical traumas.)
Sophia Brooks, wow, going to the emergency room was the right decision. I'm glad you are getting expert help.
Waiting for procedures can be tedious and frustrating, but I hope the biopsy gives you and your medical team the information needed for a clear path forward.
Perhaps you do this already, but I found keeping a simple log or diary text document on my phone of events, medications, plans, advice, and schedules is very helpful. It doesn't take long, for all of those things to blur together, and loosing track is very easy without something to refer back to.
Gather information, make a plan, execute the plan. Repeat.
Sound familiar?
My experience has been that telling the tale helps with moving forward. Let us know how it goes.
Sophia, every single good thought and karmic vibe coming your way. I'm sorry you're going through this.
Sending healing thoughts your way, Sophia. So glad you’re getting care now.
{{{Sophia}}} So glad they found it! Best wishes that everything you and your medical people are doing now works well!
