I got to see my brother in person yesterday, even though the jail suspended in person visits. Turns out we grew up with one of the corrections officers in charge of the jail and she made it happen.

The missing glasses conundrum reminds me of the time I was frantically running around the bedroom, trying to find my phone to turn off the alarm. Bedsheets, clothes pillows strewn everywhere in my frenzy. Phone was in my back pocket.
Thanks for the happy wishes! Delightful day so far, visited with cousin and aunt this morning after farmers market. Lunch now, fondue tonight!

I am thankful that I have spare glasses from zenni so I've always got *some* glasses where they're supposed to be and immediately available. Even if they're not my "good" glasses, they're good enough to enable me to find my good glasses.
It's good to hear you were able to visit your brother, Cashmere. It must have been a comfort to him in such a hard time.
