The lab and scan reports have already been released to the patient portal
Excellent! My doctors tend to not let them go to the portal if there are issues.

So good to see all the good health news here.
My university usually has a big flu shot drive where they bring in some nurses and get staff settled en mass. But they probably don’t want us gathering in large groups right now, so I’ll head over to the CVS soon.

Ha! Very pretty
Home, power is on. It’s a beautiful day and I should be outside doing something but I am exhausted and back is sore from sitting up straight-ish all day so I am lying down with my spine flat. So it goes

Yay, power!
Kitchen light fixture has been replaced, but when it was done I hated everything.
I have done the business planning, as much as I could do, and what I did mostly was done poorly.
That does look kind of like an M&M plant!
I guess maybe next time I go get a prescription refill at the pharmacy I'll ask for a flu shot. I do usually get one, but last year I went in like early October and felt like I was ahead of the game, so it's only the past couple days that I'm like "wait, I need to do it NOW?"
Lactose is better than gluten free because there are pills, and better options. But sadly I guess you don't really get to pick.
I'm glad that I seem to have inspired some vaccine resolutions. However, the last 24 hours have been rough. Soon after posting, one or more of my shots hit me like a ton of bricks. Fever similar to my second COVID shot but with many more chills. Many more. I was shaking so hard it was comical. Temperature finally came down to normal around midday. Splitting headache for much of today.
Still, better than having Shingles. And, as the MG (helpfully?) pointed out, now I can step on all the rusty nails I want!
Used my cauliflower thins as the bun, with lettuce, thick slice of heirloom tomato (seasoned), bit of pickle and it was SO decadent. That's not really diet food with all the fatty deliciousness, but I certainly didn't miss the traditional bun.
I think I need more info on these cauliflower thins. We eat burgers with cheese, but without buns, so we don't really do toppings and I miss them.
Also, this is just to say, everyone deserves perfectly dyed, fabulous hair.
That sounds miserable, megan, but, yeah, better than shingles.
