You guys inspired me to look mine up. Looks like San Diego county is at about 70% , though the state is apparently only at 51% (*grumble, grumble* frickin' Central Valley).

Statewide, Ohio is about 45% fully vaccinated, and my county is about 47%. Both of those are below the national average of 48.5%. Jesus.

I may be a bad person ... the rest of the office is coming back and one, a new staff person, arrived to find that the docking station for her computer isn't there. I have it. Mine died and that one was the only one in the office that matched my old one. I'm not saying that to anyone in the office, but I figured it's safe to 'fess up here. (Also - all our computers and docking stations have locks on them ... the one I snitched we don't have the code for, but it's OK - someone previously CUT the cable securing the docking station.)

My county is at 80% having one dose and 75% two doses. Which is great except when I think “that’s still 1 in 5 people who haven’t been vaccinated!!” And it’s about the same whether you sort 16 and up or 12 and up, surprisingly!

Given how they have shafted you in many ways, Toddson, I'm gonna say NOT a bad person and that equipment was appropriately prioritized (by you) to support the person who has been in the office this whole time.
In other news, the wifi adapter that I ordered fixed my desktop connectivity issues, so now I really do need to call Comcast and cancel my service and I am not looking forward to that onerous task.

We went to the zoo on Sunday morning for A Big Thing, and the number of people wandering around unmasked was unsettling. We were fully masked, because yeah we're vaccinated, but we don't trust random people of the public.
