Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Is anyone else watching Everything is Going to Be OK, because I am in love.

I LOVE Everything is Going to be OK! I keep recommending it to people!

I did a site visit today in Sonoma County and GOT A TICK IN MY HAIR!!!! So upset.

I am totally freaking out on your behalf!

My root is canalled. Waiting for my drugs now.

I wish you good drugs!

Glad to hear Mom is doing well, Matt!

I am in the office today. We're back on full time as of this week. I am not pleased. We get newsletters from corporate that are all, "We acknowledge WFH works, we're totally embracing the new flexibility!" But at the local level it's more, "We don't actually care what's better for you, we like butts in seats!" SMH

Never heard of 'Everything is Going to be OK', but now I'm curious.

My workplace is moving to three days in office and two days working remote optional. Though it looks like I'll be gone before that goes into effect.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Bummer, Epic! I just signed my official hybrid plan, it needs to go to HR next for approval which I had thought was just a formality but apparently some people are concerned that they will think too many of us are taking advantage of the flexibility. We shall see. If it goes through as currently outlined I'll be in the office 2 days a week, wfh 3 starting next week (after the holiday, which I keep forgetting about)

Ugh, ticks! Sorry, Consuela.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Happy Birthday +1, David! (Totally a thing.)

Thank you!

My root is canalled.

It's so much better to have that in the past tense.

The job offer is pretty great and I just accepted it. The company is a bit of a risk, but I figure I haven't had too much trouble finding a job the last couple of times I had to so it seems a manageable one. I'm getting some equity too so there's a extra plus if things go well.

Here's an article about them: [link]

Feeling anxious, but also kinda excited about it.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am side eyeing Tino already.

I have a Tinette and she is, I want to say slowly making me miserable but, in reality, she’s quick about it.

I was scheduled for jury duty today and am bummed that it was cancelled for my group. Yep, I’d rather be masked and socially-distanced at jury duty than be at work.

Good news, Matt!

Excellent news, Gud. That looks interesting.
