I look more rad than Lutheranism

God, I need to get a mammogram. And just see the OB/GYN in general. And the dentist. I'm pretty sure we were better about car maintenance in 2020 than we were about people maintenance. Though I did get glasses at the very end of 2020 to use up the HSA.

God, I need to get a mammogram

I got a mammogram and pap smear in December 19, which feels like eons ago now.

What I really want is a massage. Is it ok to get a massage now? I don't want to put anyone at risk...

I don't have a car but truer words, man.

All right, doctor's appointment on Thursday to get started on my people maintenance, salon appointment booked for Saturday for a haircut (with possibility for scheduling another visit for color if the experience is good), annual physical scheduled for the first week of August to keep me going on the people maintenance. Optometrist visit will probably be in September.

I let half of 2020 go by with body damage on my car unrepaired due to not wanting to deal with insurance, so I really can't claim to have been better about that.

If you're vaxxed and so is your masseuse you should be fine. I guess you can just ask them.

Omg. Apparently my body can tell the difference between 80 degrees (warm but fine) and 82 (nope too hot). Doggo and I were fine last night and most of today but it kept getting warmer down here all day and now I’m lying here awake with ice packs on me while the dog chews on ice cubes and I can’t fall asleep. Just messaged a friend begging to go over there tomorrow—there are some other places I could go but not with the dog.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I've been getting massages. If you're careful and they're careful, I'm sure it's fine.
