Thank you, Jen.
Like Jessica, I keep my butter room temperature. It has to be actually hot out for me to put it in the fridge.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Thank you, Jen.

Cindy, that's such a frustrating situation C. is in. And you can't just easily fix it as his mom. It sounds like switching back to Remicade is the best way forward; I hope his GI can convince the insurance to cover it. (Remicade worked best for Tim's RA, and then his company switched to a different insurance provider, who promptly said Nope, we don't cover Remicade. So I understand the situation C. is in. It's maddening.)
I hope your son's insurance company will approve the Remicade, Laura.
I like butter on every possible millimeter of my toast. I also have a butter dish on the counter which I'm fairly good at keeping stocked, so there's usually spreadable butter available.
I think I saw someone talking about Ruggable rugs on tumblr. I want to say it was Copperbadge (who seems like a reasonable source for reviews), but a quick Google didn't show up anything on his account, so I may be confused about that. Their site shows some pretty rugs, though. And being machine washable would be great, especially in a household with pets. I wish I could peel up my apartment's carpet and toss it in the washing machine. Or just toss it.

He seems like a reasonable source for a whole lot of things. I love his cats.

We have virtually no counters, so we just buy the Land O'Lakes spreadable butter (which the grocery receipt lists as "LOL butter," which makes me grin every time).

Definitely. And I get slightly annoyed if DP is keeping it so cold downstairs that it gets a little too cold to spread just so. I keep it to myself, but I feel it could be useful to a defense attorney if needed, you know, ever.
On the lighter side, here's the story of why He-Man has a green tiger. Necessity, yada yada ....
It is too hot for me to keep butter out of the fridge enough of the time that I can't make it a habit. And in the winter time out on the counter is pretty close to the same temperature as in the fridge, honestly. My kitchen is never really comfortable temperature wise, for me or for butter.

I am sorry about that. You should both be comfortable.
Oh, in exciting news, I am getting my first professional haircut in two years in a couple of hours! Pixieland, here I come.
Butter sits out on the counter, toast gets fully buttered. I try not to pierce the toast.
