I hope them folks are right about vaccines, because I just made an appt for my kid the day after her 12th birthday. She is getting a vaccine and a billion cicadas for a birthday to remember.

As soon as emergency use is over, have them talk to the pediatrician about off-label use. It's worth a try if there is a decent reason for it to happen before the Fall, when the 2-11 year olds are likely to be approved.

He lives in a very remote area, but since his parents and all the adults he knows are vaxed he wants in on the action. He does have asthma, so his mother might discuss it with his doctor.
