I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Vax report: feeling sort of achy and chilled but it’s hard to distinguish from a “this has been a WEEK” Friday eve. And let me tell you it has been a week.

Already got results: boobs are normal! Not that I thought they weren’t but good to check!

What is even happening?

That's good, brenda!

Vax report: I feel like I have a virus: chills, aches, headache, mild nausea/loss of appetite, mild dizziness, sore arm.

None of these symptoms are strong enough that they would make me go to the doctor, were I actually sick. I would feel like I should hydrate, take it easy, and take Tylenol, so I am.

The onset was a little slower for me than I expected. Arm hurt first, yesterday. Tummy felt gross after supper last night. Had the chills off and on, but they went away.

This morning, I only had the sore arm. I thought maybe I'd escaped with almost nothing.

Symptoms started coming on at about noon today, my time (I had the 2nd Moderna shot at 3:00pm EDT, yesterday). I ended up sleeping from about 3 to 7pm, so I'll be up all night.

I've felt much worse.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yay for your boobs, meara.

So say we all!

My friend got her CARE package with the Tiara. She's excited to wear it to (outside) brunch this Sunday.

Our wings are not tired

I'm so old that I remember when you used an lower-case L for a 1.

I learned to type on a huge institutional manual typewriter in the early 1980s and I remember that it was lacking a "1" and a "0" key. It was interesting because I already had an Apple II series computer at home which had both of those keys, so I was developing two versions of the muscle memory needed to type.

Our wings are not tired.

I learned to type on a computer in the early 80s. When I was in HS 1968-1972 there were two tracks, vocational or college. If you were not going to college you would get the typing classes if you were female, and things like shop if you were male. (so not joking) If you were going to college you took languages and didn't learn to type because, duh, you would have a secretary for that or something. So I didn't learn to type until I took Mavis Beacon teaches typing on my apple clone computer circa 1980. (might have been on the trash 80, don't remember) My boys were speedy typists when they were still in single digit ages!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

When I was in school they fixed that issue so everyone had to take the beginning of everything. So I had typing, home ec, art, shop and computers. I somehow got out of taking typing in high school because I typed the entire school paper. I also knew how to type because I was obsessed with my moms typing textbook and or acted all the time. I typed everything. I am still unsure how I got out of that class, because I thought it was a state requirement

Thrive to spite them

I have an update on my cousin. I finally actually talked to mom and got more detailed info. I mean I talked to her on Tuesday but haven't since then just texted.

The doctors have said if there is no change by the end of the week Jay will be moved to an extended care nursing home. Rigjt now he is breathing on his own but has a feeding tube. And then if there is no change in 3-4 weeks my Aunt could make the decision to remove all forms of support.

My uncle has to fly back to Oklahoma for eye surgery so Mom is going to Fl. Tomorrow she is driving to a friend's in GA and spending the night and then will go to St Augustine Mon.

I'm going to go to her house Monday after work and spend the night and bring her cat back on Tues. That way I'm not driving an hour and a half to her house from work and then an hour home on Sunday or Monday.

And we will keep her cat until she gets back and she had to get back by April 27th for pre op appointment for HER eye surgery. Ans my uncle will fly back down if he is needed.

In the meantime my other aunt who can't travel well is researching assisted and independent living for Aunt Wanda bc she can'tive on her own. My uncle had to: get her stuff in storage, call someone about a garage sale for the rest, and get Wanda's house on the market. Something everyone has been trying to get Wanda to do for almost a year since she had an accident and had to move in with Jay.

It's alot and there are some other pieces in play. I just needed to get that a out.
