Crap. A replacement charging cable showed up so I have plugged my phone in and I'm not getting the red battery charging screen. Dammit.

Oh huh...I have been avoiding political news out of self-preservation, so I did not know about the golden statue at CPAC. Now I know it was co-designed by a Mexican who was never mentioned, made in China, cost $15 million, and based on a bobblehead.

Washington has finally updated its schedule for when they expect to expand vaccine access to all of us in group 1b3. My cohort (50 and up, comorbidities) is estimated to start on 4/12, and Dylan's (16-49, comorbidities) on 4/26. I'm feeling better about life than I was at the beginning of the week just because maybe that actually is light at the end of the tunnel rather than an oncoming train.
I do still wonder how long it'll be until we can sing in groups again. Can I hope for Messiah singalongs this December, or will that still be too risky?
