I've seen some things suggesting it's actually a Big Boy statue painted gold (fake gold) with the "patriotic" elements added. And there have been a LOT of comments about the Golden Calf.

In the One Medical story, I did a search and it seems that they're no longer getting a vaccine allocation because there were charges that they were giving priority to executives of the company and their friends, families, etc., to receive it. (I'd been sort of aware of them, having seen one of their facilities and hearing reports that they were not accepting some insurance, but I'd never paid much attention to them.)

't, is the issue with dairy? I'm asking because there is sherbet and there are some non-dairy gelato or other frozen desserts. I sometimes have issues with milk products that are heavy on the fat, but there are times when nothing but the real thing will do.

It's more of an "I ate too much ice cream and now I need a nap" issue. For me, the more fat in my dairy products the better - butter and cream are fine, but skim milk will make my body unhappy and ice cream is usually on the richer side so ok for me. Sorbets are great, though, for sure, and whatever Trader Joe's non-dairy ice cream sandwiches are made of is delicious

I was not aware that TJ's had started making a non-dairy ice cream sandwich. I shall investigate!

There are also non-dairy ... gelato? ... selections from a company called Talenti. They're pretty good ... and the ones I've had come in plastic jars which are very useful for storage.

In me me me news, I now have appointments to receive both vaccine shots - Pfizer. Tomorrow and March 25. yay!

I also enjoy those Talenti containers. I think they have non-dairy sorbettos, but the gelato would be dairy.

I hope I'm not making that up, Epic, I've been buying something from TJ's that I thought were non-dairy ice cream sandwiches for a loooong time (although I haven't actually been in a TJ's in months so who knows if they still exist but I thought they were a long term staple).
