whatever Trader Joe's non-dairy ice cream sandwiches are made of is delicious
What's this?
*somewhere, Epic's ears (which are always on duty for her lactose intolerant gut) perk up*
I was not aware that TJ's had started making a non-dairy ice cream sandwich. I shall investigate!
There are also non-dairy ... gelato? ... selections from a company called Talenti. They're pretty good ... and the ones I've had come in plastic jars which are very useful for storage.
In me me me news, I now have appointments to receive both vaccine shots - Pfizer. Tomorrow and March 25. yay!
Yay appointment Toddson!
Gud, the golden trump made me think of mooby the golden calf from Dogma. It’s super weird. Plus the American flag shorts??
And flip-flops ... on a man who once slapped his son because he wasn't wearing a suit.
Yay Toddson!
I also enjoy those Talenti containers. I think they have non-dairy sorbettos, but the gelato would be dairy.
I hope I'm not making that up, Epic, I've been buying something from TJ's that I thought were non-dairy ice cream sandwiches for a loooong time (although I haven't actually been in a TJ's in months so who knows if they still exist but I thought they were a long term staple). Their Soy Creamy pints are pretty good as well, but I really like the sandwiches. I think they have "mini" in the name? Aha, these [link]
Happy as I am to have my appointments, seems the usual suspects are in town again. They are, seemingly, planning another attempt on the Capitol. sigh ....
There was one comment I appreciated:
Is this going to become a monthly thing? Is there going to be a punchcard provided to residents that have to endure this? Is the fourth or fifth insurrection free?
These losers need to get a damn hobby. Try knitting.
(A subsequent comment suggested they find a hobby that didn't involve anything pointy.)

I hope they brought their own damn organic food this time.
Epic, I really like NadaMoo - coconut milk, tapioca, and agave syrup, and somehow the mouth feel is right. Gluten free, vegan, they've just added a line with no sugar, when I bring the car back from Tacoma I'm absolutely stopping at Sprouts and buying a pint of their pistachio nut.
Years ago I found a birthday card for a friend. It said:
I baked my friend a sugar-free, fat-free, gluten-free birthday cake.
I can still hear her screaming.
