I also did not send a single card. I kept thinking I’d get to it and then the flu ended any chance. I just put my cards away yesterday, officially giving up. May I have more spoons next holiday season.

Just finished my first week of the new schedule. I didn’t sleep well last night so today was pretty brutal. By the end of the day I had a headache and two brain cells left and they were not talking.

I feel like I’ve been five different people in the last year, and we’ll see what this next evolution is like! I feel about ten emotional years older. Definitely knew what was up when I got a chrysalis tattooed on me in Oct.

My dad passed away this evening. I was out there earlier today because my brother came up from NC with my niece and Dad seemed close to the end so not really a shock but…anyway, glad both my brothers were there with my Mom when it happened
