Hmph. I was going to run this morning but it's still raining. Messin' up my routine.
Today we take the tree down. Emmett will come over and help rearrange furniture too.
Matilda and I have a dinner date! That is we will go out to eat. This is at her request.
And on Thursday, my high school friend Jeanette, arrives with her husband and adult daughter in tow and I will stash them in the Garden Apartment. Because on Friday my friend Jes will come over and do everybody's make up for the Bowie show that night. Woot.
Oh, that's so fun, David! Dinner out, also fun.
I took a sick day today. Little sleep two nights in a row + side painful. Seeing doc tomorrow. Trying to sleep as much as possible.
Super duper gray and rainy here, so it's conducive to my plans.
Wrapping you all up in warm, comforting thoughts and vibes. I am reading along and sending individualized -ma, even though I'm not making written note of it.
Yep rain rain rain. We got liberal leave and were able to come home to work the rest of the day from here.
I’m gonna do a few letters and then be lazy.
Not rainy here, but very windy. Odd weather. Talking tornado warnings again in our future. This is a new one.
Random question of the day. Do you ever get an email that has Re: as the start of the subject that isn't junk? I've never heard of you so it isn't Re: anything I am interested in.
Only at work!
I guess I should be glad we're going to get that rain overnight, mostly.
I am currently buying a train ticket so I can go to my college best friend's father's funeral, which is Friday. (I know it is not traditional for most people, but my family's tradition of doing a memorial service weeks later instead of a proper funeral does make planning travel a lot easier!)
My question is do you pronounce "Re:" as ree or ray? Or rey, technically.
I always read it as Arr Eee in my head.
In my head I spell it out R E.
high fives Tom
"Re" as in ree-gard. With a deep Southern accent.
