Pix, managing my dad’s care from a 90 minute drive away was challenging. Trying to do so from across the country seems really hard.
I had a long new year’s brunch with some friends, and then spent the rest of the day de-Yule-ifying the apartment. Work starts up again tomorrow, and I work from home. So it’ll be good to have stuff done instead of looking at to-dos every time I raise my head from my laptop.
