I wish my dad would go ahead and decide not to have Xmas this year so I can maybe make other plans. I’ve toyed with the idea of traveling, but I don’t like flying at the holidays. My car needs an expensive repair before I drive it anywhere far. I think I would like to go for a hike or something, which means driving up north at least a couple of hours. But really, I could use a staycation to get my house in order, literally, and the guest room ready to go.

I had the vague start of plans to go to Disneyland next spring, but since the Mansion is a very large part of why I'd go, that probably won't happen.
Is the Haunted Mansion in Disney World going to be closed at the same time? Or in EuroDisney?
