Ugh, I have to get a new PCP too. Mine is retiring, and I moved. I've decided to go with one of my former practices because we are still friends. I don't have any serious ongoing issues, so it is more just checking stuff regularly. It would be simply awesome if they communicated via tech, but it doesn't look like that is the case for this practice.

(Sorry for hardly being online lately - I find that ever since some of the hostages started to come home, I have to practically avoid the news, and not just moderately read some, because it's too emotionally drainning for me. The sharp difference between hope and despair, the joy for those who are home and the worries for those who aren't - I prefer to avoid reading any of it. My PCP retired and I finally got around to setting up an appointment with someone else in her former practice so I can have someone on record. So annoying—I couldn't do it online or in the app and had to sit on hold for 20 minutes before setting up an appointment (like my ancestors did in days of old). I don't know if the new doctor is good or not, but (once you can get ahold of them) the front desk people are stellar. They've never misfiled insurance info or screwed up a prescription for me. So as long as the doctor doesn't try to sell me on essential oils or tell me my bronchitis is due to my weight, it'll probably be fine.
