Thank you, friends
Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
JZ and David and family. You are ever present in my thoughts. I wish I had the words to better express my thoughts.
I've run out of words. If I could, I would sit with you quietly. Not just David and JZ, not just Pix, all of you.
Yes, words are hard to come by. Sitting quietly, holding each others' hands virtually, and knowing we are there for each other. Sending love to my Buffistas.
Yes. Here, too.
That is why I am reduced to quotes.
In another forum that Beverly and I belong to (which also sprang forth out of the Table Talk world), a saying people have used through illness and death of the members, is “our wings are not tired.” It’s a way of conveying we lift you up, for as long as you need, collectively.
Our wings are not tired, David and JZ.
Oh, javachik, that is so lovely that I had to change my tag.
I am wanting a “like” button, Javachik.
I’m glad it resonates.
Laura, I had that as my tag for a long time at the other place. (DriveWeSaid, which is a site where lots of different old Table Talk threads found a home - I think 20+ years ago?)
