A lot to be said for that rest part. The pain vs pain med issues balance can be a tricky one too.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Tim is super diligent about setting an alarm for every 6 hours to take his pain meds, because it's so much easier to control the pain when you're staying in front of it, so to speak. If he waits for the pain to get bad before he takes meds, it's a lot harder to get the pain back under control.
Good news: I'm not a lazy fuck!
Go Tim with the pain control!!!

That's what I'm talkin' about! Woot!
Hec, sometimes I have asked my mother to read your blended-family postings because they are so remarkable to us. The weird part in mine was that the two "steps" also took against each other, whether from strong personalities or out of some misguided attempt to help their "side", I've never been sure, but they weren't even involved in some of the original arguments, but it didn't stop them.
It was a conscious effort to foster a relationship between Matilda and Emmett's mom, and it has grown to be something so nurturing for all. A bond that helps make our family.
You and EM really did a fantastic job of coparenting and moving past the old hurts, I can't stress this enough. Too many people just can't.

What Plei said. I really really admire how you and EM were able to do that.
Ugh. I hate this. JZ is our most gentle soul, always there with a kind, loving word, able to see the beauty, humor , and best side of everything (including people). It's just not fair.
Seriously, don't know anyone whose family blended that completely. Yeah, Vortex, I agree.
