I am on a project with a first-time manager and she is flailing and it is so hard to not try to jump in. 1) She has to learn to do this herself. 2) It's not my job! Went out to dinner with DH at a local restaurant that has outdoor seating. Relaxing. He is super stressed over the construction we have in progress. He has been here for over a month, way longer than usual, and sees no end in sight. I'm still at my sister's because the place isn't habitable for me yet. Sigh.
