Second night in a row of being pulled into emergency meetings. I just cancelled the vacation day I'd scheduled on Friday, because I don't think that will be happening this week.

Thankfully I’m feeling a lot better, so I’m blaming the headache, or possibly lunch, but not COVID.
I would like to end the free trial and sign up for the premium version of 2021, where I get a democratic president in addition to congress. Where do I sign? I give you my money!

C'mon now, everybody knew this year would be shit show until the Inauguration. So none of this officially counts as 2021 yet.
But I was thinking about how I exhaled when Obama took office and felt this tension in my body leave that I'd been storing during the whole Bush presidency.
And I won't feel that same relief this time. I'll feel hypervigilant.

Yes meara I am. Disney has had no outbreaks linked to it. They are still operating at much lower capacities and have many things (live shows, many sit down restaurants) shut down. Rides have had plexiglass installed and many have limited seating. Masks are required except when eating. I know it is an unnecessary risk, but I am taking a lot of precautions and will treat it like any trip to a store or the Farmer’s Market. I’m mostly worried about the airport and plane. I will double mask the whole time and I have a face shield in addition to my glasses for the airport and plane and if I feel I need it at the parks.
