ltc’s class went on a field trip to the local library today, and she is so cranky that she wasn’t allowed to take out a book. She has her own library card. She’s in first grade reading a lot of miss grade graphic novels, but the one she just finished has a lot more words than pictures. I was so impressed.
meara, I'm so sorry for your loss. May your brother chill a little, and give you both time to grieve.

So sorry you are being subjected to such bs while you are grieving, meara. Your brother sounds like a real piece of work. I find it hard to credit that such people sincerely believe these bizarre things which probably just makes it harder to process.
Today is a day to celebrate the birth of askye! I do hope that you are being spoiled today, and most of all I hope that the coming year is so much better than the last couple! Many wishes for health and happiness.
