I haven't seen any bugs in the condo, but in Otter Lake I get ants easily. No dishwasher there so I have to keep up with the dishes.

Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I was out with co-workers for goodbye drinks yesterday and had the opportunity to hand out one of my Buffista business cards! (They were talking about Homestuck fandom and saying "Yeah, it's a cult" and so I pulled out my Buffista business card that also says "Yes, we're in a cult.") Does anyone remember who made those? Because they are awesome! I've had them in my wallet for something like 20 years now!
I don't even remember those existing! That is awesome.
We get ants in the kitchen every spring, regardless of what we do. Apparently it happens to a ton of people in our neighborhood, because the neighborhood Facebook group is full of posts bitching about the return of the ants. Terro traps work, but I wish we could keep them from coming inside, period. But since it's a neighborhood-wide problem, I'm starting to think Northside is located over the world's largest ant colony.
Does anyone remember who made those?
Sounds like something DXM would do.
Steph, did you ever see the TV movie Phase IV from back in the 70s?
Wow, those must have been before even my lurking days! I'd 100% carry those. Awesome.
(The cards, not the ants.)
Steph, did you ever see the TV movie Phase IV from back in the 70s?
I have not, but based on the Wikipedia description, that might be what's happening in my neighborhood. (Of course, this neighborhood being what it is, half the ants are hipsters with teeny tiny cans of PBR and straw trilby hats, and the other half are queer socialists who grudgingly accept Joe Biden but still have teeny tiny Bernie 2020 stickers on their teeny tiny ant vehicles.)
Do the Northside ants have a lot of aphids running around free range?
Does anyone remember who made those?
I believe it was Suzi.
Greetings, All -- from Lurkerville. Wishing everyone the best from my side of the screen.
